The All Time Comfort Food to Enjoy the Super Bowl (4 Ways!!)

Hello friends! This week I'm actually enjoying making all the amazing #recipes for the Super Bowl! They are all turning so yummy!

Today I'm doing a little twist! I love chili & let's face it, it's a PERFECT recipe for the Super Bowl. That said, I wanted to round up all the yummy chili recipes I have in one #blogpost so it's easy for all of you to choose the one you love & make it on Sunday!

Besides chili being yummy, I like the fact that you can switch up some ingredients & it will still feel so cozy! Another benefit, you can cook it on the stovetop, slow cooker or even your pressure cooker/Intantpot.

I know for a fact that chili is well known for being one of those "bad foods" we should stay away from, but... like always I want to debunk this myth. Chili can be rich in fiber, veggies & protein. It can be high in fiber because you can include beans which are typically a source of fiber, plus the veggies you decide to include. As for the protein, you can leave it vegan & just include the beans as your source of fiber or you can go all in with ground beef/chicken/turkey or chicken breasts. Another source of protein in this can be the broth you decide to use. I typically add chicken bone broth to make chili (or any kind of soup).

Many of the ingredients used to make chili are pantry staples, loots of canned goods are included. They are very convenient but at the same time some can be higher in sodium. One tip or recommendation I can give you is either rinse your canned goods before use or read on the label if they are low sodium.

Because I know some of you enjoy plant-based meals, I have a vegetarian chili recipe for you to make for the Super Bowl (don't worry, I got you!). You can make it vegan if you decide to use veggie broth instead of chicken bone broth.

Tap on any of these links to get all the details to make the BEST chili recipes! Enjoy!
