I'm Officially a Food Blogger!

Happy Friday everyone! Hope you had a great week!

Today I'm super excited to announce that I'm an official food blogger! After many months of hard work, I finally have this space to share my thoughts, nutrition facts and delicious recipes!

To be honest, a year ago when I started posting a few recipes here and there, I never imagined that a year later I would be writing on my own blog. I feel very proud of how this journey has been developing.

I have to say that this journey has been very educational for me. Not only in the technological part (since I required a lot of help to develop this blog) but on many other areas like photography, cooking and business. I'm very glad I had the chance to experience and learn all of the things I know now that I didn't know a year ago! I could take webinars in order to learn more from successful professionals. I think that one of the most fun webinars were the photography ones, since my first few pictures are a world of difference apart a year ago compared to the pictures I'm currently taking. I don't consider myself a professional food photographer, but I really enjoy taking these pictures.

All my life I had the feeling that I was lacking that creative side, since I didn't feel I was very talented in art class when I was in high school. I thought that was the only way I could express creativity. Little did I know that cooking could be equally creative!

I think that in these past years I have learned to understand myself a little better and have discovered talents that I didn't know I had. As I didn't think I was artistic, I never knew I could cook or even enjoy it! But it has been such a soothing and fun hobby I found and I hope that somehow I can transfer my love for cooking to you through this blog.

I understand everyone who think that cooking is boring and exhausting. I used to think that too! But look at me now! As we might have learned before that cooking is not fun, we can always learn new things. When it comes to my life, I have learned during these years to have an open mind. Try to let go of things that won't serve me and let new and better things come in! As I didn't feel creative before I learned I could be artistic too! Don't be afraid to come out of your comfort zone, because I promise great things can come out of getting a little uncomfortable at times! You might discover things about you, that you didn't know you had! Just like me!

I hope you enjoy this page and can learn so much! I appreciate all the love and support I'm currently getting from you on Instagram and I can't wait for you to keep up and learn with my blog posts. I'm here to help out and speak up about nutrition topics and solve all the nutrition myths out there!

Thank you for tuning in!
